5: ARE YOU REGISTERED WITH THE STATE?
A Fence company being registered with the state will clarify that they are familiar with the state laws and regulations for installing fences and will save you many headaches from dealing with the state/city about a fence that was installed incorrectly.
Yoder's Vinyl Fencing is not required to register or be licensed by the state.
6: ARE YOU LICENSED, BONDED AND INSURED?
If a company is not licensed, you DO NOT want them to build your fence. and being insured is almost a must every time due to the fact that there is really no way of telling EVERYTHING that is underground, and you want to make sure that a fence company's insurance will be able to pay for any unfortunate happenings.

7: ARE YOUR INSTALLERS AFA (American Fence Association) CERTIFIED?
While there are many fence installers that are not AFA certified, this is just another way of guaranteeing that you will receive a superior looking fence.
All of our Installers are trained and certified by our manufacturer.
8: DO YOU HAVE ANY WARRANTY POLICIES? ARE THEY IN WRITING?
Always get as much information about the company's warranty policies as you can. This will give you a better understanding of what action to take if something was to ever happen to your new fence.
We have Warranty Policies in writing for you to view even before you purchase!
9: DO YOU STOCK AND FABRICATE YOUR OWN MATERIALS? OR ARE YOU JUST AN INSTALLATION COMPANY?
This could mean the difference of THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! A company that fabricates and stocks their own material does not have to pay a fabrication company etc. Which means that they are able to charge less for the fence.
Yoder's is an Installation Company, Our preferred manufacturer is Digger's Specialties - Located in Bremen, Indiana. Which means all of the materials are manufactured here in the US.
10: DO YOU HAVE REFERENCES I CAN CONTACT? ARE THERE PREVIOUS JOB SITES I CAN VISIT?
